A person called esqueletor has been uploading loads of steam.exe files to our pages. Don't touch them! They could be some kind of virus since they are being spread around.

Seems that anyone can upload anything they like to our pages but only admin and page owners can remove these. This needs to be changed so that only admin and page owners can upload anything, so that this doesn't happen again.

left 4 dead 2 sprays

Hi i recently tried uploading some jpeg images as sprays and kept getting an error message *corrupt file* and changed them to vtf files to upload, i found a thread that suggested that any sprays should be placed as follows *steamapps*> *Left 4 dead 2* > *left 4 dead 2*> *materials*> *vgui*> *logo's*. I added them all to the *custom* folder and the *UI* folder and in the *logo* folder. But their not accessible via the game *Options*>*mulitiplayer* menu, basically theyre not visible.
Can anyone help please?

Looking for a certain map

Perhaps you good folks here could help me find a specific map that I can't remember the name to. I've looked at all of the map sites I know of and can't find this map or even a reference to this map, which I find hard to believe because I felt this particular campaign was very well done and a great contribution to the campaign database.

From what I remember, the campaign involved trudging through a torn up city, then making your way down to a giant sewer line shaped in a big square, where two tanks spawn upon pressing a button to open a gate. Upon entering said gate, you get locked in by someone speaking over an intercom in a very deep voice, taunting you for falling into his trap or something. From there, I remember entering a big housing complex, eventually getting separated from the team and being pitted against a witch from where you have to steal a doll or something of the sort. That's as much as I can remember of the campaign. The aforementioned lone witch encounter was meant to very creepy and eerie, with "jump scare" pictures flashing onto the screen for brief moments.

Any help as to what where I can find this campaign or even just the name of it would help immensely. Many thanks in advance.

Oh and by the way, this campaign was originally made for L4D1.

oooookay, well, me and a few other players in my friends group are clueless on the silent hill map on how to make it work, nothing we do works, were running windows 7 so if anyone can tell me how to make it work please say so. and btw, if anyone says its just a vpk, their wrong, the one we got off this site was a whole friggin folder.

There is already a map in progress for a re1 mansion map, but it's time they have some competition. I want people commited to helping me make this map a reality. they've already got a headstart whereas i have no friggin clue where to start. i'll take all helpers and will split all credit with everyone equally. plz help out

Man… this site and forum is dead. Do the owners of this site even have a plan? The other two big L4D sites are blowing this one away.

I haven't visited here in a couple months and nothing's changed. It's a fuqqed up way to browse maps, btw.

Who here remembers the original Laser Tag and the show, Laser Tag Academy??

Well, I've got the cartoon (vhs), the actual rifle, guns, helmet, gear/clothing, and sensors!! I think it would be totally awesome if someone were to make the Laser Tag guns (starlyte) and the Laser Tag rifle into a weapons mod for the game!! I could sample the sounds for the "weapons," and provide pictures for reference, and anyone interested could "assemble" them into the game!!
