Over at L4DMods, Zombie has announced an I am Legend map he's been working on. The huge city has already been built, complete with lots of buildings, traps, and props, such as cars, deer, a lot of garbage, and weeds. The map also has a real-time light system where every 24 minutes = 1 day. During the 12 minutes of daylight, the infected will take damage if they enter the light (encouraging them to use stealth and shadows). A video should be coming this weekend, according to the mapper.
If you'd like to help out, Zombie is hosting a campaign poster creation contest for the map. The name hasn't been decided yet so you're free to choose it. The prize: a building in the map dedicated to yourself and whatever you want in it.
